Меня интересуют деревянные поддоны размером 1200х800х144 в количестве 10 тысяч штук в месяц .
  1. Рекомендуемое кол-во досок на крышке 5 шт. размером 1,2 м, ширина 0,1 м (3 шт.) и 2 шт., ширина 0,15 м.
  2. Размер кубика 100*100*75 мм, или 145*100*75 мм, или 145*145*75 мм. (допуск размера «75» +3мм.)
  3. Используются витые гвозди 3,5*90 на настиле, и 3,5*70 мм в ножке. Простые гвозди – 2,5*60.
  4. Рекомендуемое количество гвоздей:
–              3,5х90 = 22 шт.,
–              3,5х70 = 27шт.,
– 2,5х60 = 10 шт.
  1. Высота поддона допускается от 135мм. до 153мм. Но в партии поддоны не должны отличаться по высоте более чем на 5мм.
  2. Доски верхнего настила, доски лыжня, доски поперечные и кубики в одном поддоне не должны отличаться по высоте между собой. Перепады по высоте не более 2мм.
  3. Высота вилочного проема 99±4мм.
  4. Наличие коры толще 3мм. не допускается. Кора толщиной ≤ 3мм. на досках допускается не более 10% от партии.
  5. Углы поддона не должны быть срезаны (без угловых фасок).
  6. Поддоны должны иметь клеймение (маркировку) по согласованной форме.
  7. При производстве поддона используется древесина следующих пород: ель, сосна, осина, берёза . Для производства поддона древесина должна быть распилена механизированным способом.
  8. Использование пропиточных, лакокрасочных, консервирующих и иных материалов, не одобренных Органами государственного санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора для контакта с пищевыми продуктами, не допускается
  9. Допускается потемнение доски, не влияющее на прочность поддона без признаков гниения

  1. The height of the pallet is allowed from 135mm. up to 153mm. But in the party pallets should not differ in height by more than 5mm.
  2. The boards of the upper flooring, the boards of the ski run, the boards of the transverse and the cubes in one pallet should not differ in height between them. Height differences not more than 2mm.
  3. Height of a fork opening 99 ± 4mm.
  4. Presence of bark thicker than 3mm. not allowed. Bark ≤ 3mm thick. on boards no more than 10% of the lot is allowed.
  5. The corners of the pallet should not be cut (without angular chamfers).
  6. Pallets must be stamped (marked) in an agreed form.
  7. By production of the pallet wood of the following species is used: spruce, pine, aspen, birch. To produce a pallet the wood must be sawn in a mechanized way.
  8. The use of impregnating, paintwork, preserving and other materials not approved by the bodies of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision for contact with food is not allowed
  9. Darkening of the board is allowed, without affecting the strength of the pallet without signs of rotting
