We have a requirement of Hydrated Lime

İsveçre merkezli ve Afrika ülkelerinde de ofisleri bulunan kimyasal ürünler tüccarı bir firma Türkiye’den Gana teslim 4500 ton sönmüş kireç için fiyat teklifi almak istemektedir.
Our company XXXXXX AG is a commodity and chemical group.
Our head office is in Switzerland and we have offices in Africa.
 
We have a requirement of Hydrated Lime details below
1.Material- Hydrated Lime Ca(OH)2 Powder for use in Water Treatment
  1. Specification Purity- It should contain not less than 70% as Calcium Oxide (CaO) or 92.4% as
Calcium Hydroxide and must be in the form of White Dry Powder.
Physical Specification- Density: 0.42-0.77 g/cc (gram per cubic meter)
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NEED SAMPLES TO BE SUBMITTED OF THE MATERIAL OFFERED AND IN TERMS OF DOSING EFFICIENY THE SAMPLES HAVING THE HIGHEST ACTIVE INGREDIENT ( % 0F Ca(OH)2 )
AND THE LOWEST INSOLUBILITY SHALL BE SELECTED.
2 Samples of the chemical will need to be submitted in separate sealed transparent plastic containers of 500 GM each , with screw up lid.
  1. Quantity – 4500 MT (+/-20%)
  2. Shipment- To be discussed and agreed upon as the requirement will be spread over 6-12 Months
  3. Price- In USD/MT CFR CY Tema Port (in 20 ft container).
Please note we will need a long term fixed price on the product.
  1. Packing- New 25 kg , 5 or 6 ply paper bag , palletized and shrink wrapped in Polythene.
Samples of the bag will need to be submitted.
  1. Marking on Bags- Proper Packaging according to ISO standard of chemical handling for Hydrated Lime.
Label on package shall indicate chemical hazards description and purity.
Batch Number, date of manufacture, date of expiry.
All bags to have a Blue Cross Marking on the bags.
  1. Payment Terms- Letter of Credit from a First Class European Bank.
  2. Inspection- by SGS/BV/other agencies at sellers cost and cost of inspection at sellers account
  3. Origin- Please Specify Origin
  4. Other Clauses- To be discussed alter and mutually agreed upon.
