MACHINE NUMBER 01 We need a Full automatic chemical filling machine Drip proof anticorrosive , capping, stickers labeling both side and shrink labeling in one complete line this machine for liquid Chemical Acid PH 2.0 and Viscosity like water but maximum viscosity is 1000cps this is for 1 litter to 5litter , our bottle is round 100mm and flat , cap is 30mm to 60mm,also some bottle with (Dispensing Pump need manual fix but automatic screwing )please check the attached file 1 to 5 litter we need the speed 30 bottle per mint minimum For our product our products is disinfectant and sterilization
MACHINE NUMBER 02 The second machine filling drip proof, capping stickers labeling machine and shrink labeling machine no acid only Gel & shampoo the viscosity is 5000cps to 10000cps the capping is dispensing pump & 22mm cap the bottle is 20mm to 75mm round and flat the attached file is 30 ml to 750 ml, machine speed should be 30 piece per mint minimum Our product for This machine Baby feed water, gargle, shampoo, different types of solution with different viscosity, drops solution , vitamins solution. syrup..etc
MACHINE NUMBER 03 The third machine filling drip proof, capping stickers labeling machine and shrink labeling machine the acid PH 2.00 for medical products this is like water but also we can use for the viscosity is 5000cps the capping is dispensing pump & 22mm cap the bottle is 20mm to 75mm round and flat the attached file is 20ml to 250ml.machine speed should be 30 piece per mint minimum our product for this machine use in sale solution, anesthesia spray, virginal douche acid and alkaline, wash intimae liquid, providence solution , enema rectal solution
