At the moment, my company is interested in launching a mandarin processing plant. This is a very interesting area in my region (Ajara, Batumi).
I would like to cooperate with you and order this production line.
I have a few questions regarding this process
(it is necessary to make adequate performance for machines):
1) there is a great demand for the concentrate obtained by processing tangerines (we are interested in how many grams of concentrate are obtained from 1 kg of tangerines) –
2) after receiving the concentrate, there is still a residue (I wonder how many grams of residue are left from 1 kg of tangerine).
3) Pectin is made from this waste. Pectin related task:
      3.1 – What modern technologies and production lines exist for the production of pectin;
      3.2 – what is the average cost of such a line for processing large volumes;
      3.3- why is mandarin pectin used;
      3.4 – What is the place of mandarin pectin among pectin obtained from other raw materials, that is, what are its advantages;
