We want to produce batteries, Hybrid Sb/Ca and need equipments
Özbekistan’dan iletişime geçen halihazırda otomotiv camları üreten bir firma otomotiv aküleri, 36-225 Ah güçlerde hibrit aküler üretmek amacıyla küçük ölçekte bir üretim tesisi kurmayı planladıklarından bahisle bu hat için gerekli bazı makinelere sahip olduklarını ama ellerinde olamayan listesini verdikleri bazı makine ekipmanları ithal etmek istediklerini milli ihracat portali www.turkishexporter.net üzerinden deklare etmiştir.
We are located in Uzbekistan,  Tashkent city. Since 1996 we make windscreens.
In 2013, we started production of electrolytic refining of lead (brand CO) and production of lead monoxide (litharge).
In the new 2014 we want to start production of batteries. For we have prepared the new production building. The building has electricity, gas, water and sewerage.
We want to produce batteries, Hybrid Sb/Ca (lead-calcium with the addition of antimony) calcium + hybrid technology, filled and charged. Technology: the positive electrode is made of little antimony (content Sb to 2%) lead alloy, and the negative electrode is made of lead-calcium alloy.
We need a small (mini) a set of equipment, so we can produce up to six thousand batteries a month
The production capacity of 200 batteries in the day. Working day of 24 hours. We want to produce batteries from 36 amps up to 225 amp.
Today we have the following equipment.
1. Air cleaning system.
2. Stamping equipment punch grid – calcium alloy (for gratings)
3. Lead oxide PRODUCTION, (Barton Oxide system)
4. Air cleaning system. (Bag filters of type ???? ).
We want to buy the following equipment.
–         AUTOMATIC GRID CASTING MACHINE x 1
–          Paste Mixer x 1
–          Pasting Machines x 1
–          Furnaces Electric or Gas, (drying chamber for grid)  ? 1
–          Charging plate ? 1
–          Battery Assembly ? 1.
Semi-automatic or manual Assembly.
