I’m on the lookout for a supplier who can help me produce custom made dresses, cloaks and rompers for kids aged 2-6 years old.

Hello,
I’m on the lookout for a supplier who can help me produce custom made dresses, cloaks and rompers for kids aged 2-6 years old.
There are 6 different styles. Sizes are 92-98, 104-110, 116-122.
Quantities are 10 items per size in the first batch.
Garments should respond to the following requirements:
–              Machine wash at 40 degrees
–              Should go through CE testing since it is for children
–              No alteration of color or feel of fabric after wash
–              Material of dress/romper 100% cotton
–              Shrinkage max 5%
Garments should be shipped ready to be sold packed in individual plastic bags with brand tag.
It is important for me to find a supplier to build a long-term working relationship. 
The first batch will be small, but quantities will increase over time.
I believe working relations built on mutual respect, reliability and commitment.
It is desirable to find a supplier who works with organic material.
Delivery July 2016 to Copenhagen Denmark.
