For one of our coal washing plants, we need a sieve bend as per following and attached drawing.

I’m pleased to introduce our Company XXXXXX Co. as an Engineering and EPC company active in the field of mineral processing industries in Iran.
For one of our coal washing plants, we need a sieve bend as per following and attached drawing.
Clean coal vibratory sieve bend 2m wide sieve bend with stainless steel wedge wire panels with 0.25mm aperture.
Motor: Vibtec Vibratory Motor – 1.1 kW, 4 Pole, 400V 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1500 Rpm, IP66 rated, (should be confirmed by vendor)
Weights and Dimensions Sieve bend screen application: de-watering of slurry Feed material to this sieve bend in clean fine coal with 0.3mm to 1.0mm size distribution from Spiral system.
Dry feed operation capacity is about 12 t/hr with about 32.5m3/hr water.
Solidity of feed is about 28% We expect de-watered material in output by 55% solidity. (about 12 t/hr solid and 9.8m3/hr water).
Materials Body: Mild Steel S275, Galvanised
Finish Panels: Mild Steel Frame and Stiffeners, Stainless Steel Wire @ 0.25mm aperture.
