We are planning to establish a complete welding electrode manufacturing system with the following General Specification.

Etiyopyalı bir firma yıllık 1200 ton kapasiteli rutil kaynak elektrodu üretmek amacıyla bir fabrika kurmak istediklerini ve bu konuda anahtar teslim fiyat teklifi verecek firmaların irtibata geçmelerini beklediklerini beyan etmiştir.

Our company Ethiopian XXXXXXXXX plc. is newly formed firm to be involved in welding electrode manufacturing in Ethiopia.
We are planning to establish a complete system with the following General Specification.
General Specification
1) Plant capacity :1200 ton /year
2) for making E6013,E7018
3) Product variety :
  1. a) 2.5mm diameter electrode 15% of total plant capacity
  2. b) 3.25mm diameter electrode 50% of Total plant capacity
  3. c) 4mm diameter electrode 20% of total plant capacity
  4. d) 5mm diameter electrode 15% of total plant capacity
4) Raw material Wire coil: coil size and diameter of wire to be specified by supplier
Raw material for flux: Best quality
additives of the flux should be specified by the supplier based on required type and proportional amounts.
Therefore, please send us your best technical and financial offer as soon as possible by setting up all list of machineries, equipment, tools,
and raw materials for one year which makes the plan complete and efficient.
Remark: All machineries, equipment, tools and Raw materials should be listed with, their specification,
Quantity and corresponding FOB price.
