Nikaragua’da çikolata satıcısı bir firma 2016 yılının ortalarında yeni bir çikolata bar üretim hattı kurmayı planladıklarını belirterek düşündükleri hattın 50-100 kg/h kapasiteli olacağını ve kakao çekirdeğinin ham halde alınmasından paketli çikolata bar üretimine kadar tüm prosesleri kapsaması gerektiği belirterek Türkiye’deki üreticiler bu konuda teklif talep etmektedir.

By mid-2016 we pretend to set in place a family business in Nicaragua by installing a refining and production line of chocolate bars and chips with native varieties of cocoa beans, as a raw material, with the approach “from the bean to the bar”.
In that sense I’m kindly requesting information in case you should produce chocolate production lines with capacity 50 – 100 kgs/hour.
I’m also kindly requesting information based on the following questions:
– Do your chocolate production lines carry out the processes of melting, conching and fine grinding are carried out and work with cocoa powder (cocoa solids) as raw materials in the production lines? Or, the production lines also (or may) include an initial step of grinding of roasted beans? In other words have you included the grinding of cocoa beans into your production lines, or does it moves on from cocoa powder?
– What is the prevision and / or solution for tempering adapted for these production lines?
– What steel grade and electrical components the production lines are made with?
– What voltage and energy supply is needed? What is the energy consumption is needed per hour?
– What kind of tutorials, installation guides or support are available?
– What’s the weigh and electrical components for each production line?
– How long time the guarantee is?
– And of course: What’s the price, payment and handling modalities?
