We are looking for a very high productive fully automatic or semi-automatic machines to manufacture Aluminum connectors for cable and Aluminum pressure plates (Attached drawing and pictures of the final product)
The raw material which we indent to use for manufacturing cable connectors and pressure plates are extruded aluminum profile 5 meters in length (attached drawing of the extruded aluminum profile)
These aluminum profile is readily available with us.
Manufacturing process:
First operation is to feed the 5 meters long aluminum profile through an automatic feeder and cutting the profile by an automatic circular saw to the desired length as per the dimension given in the drawing. Preferably one machine for feeding and cutting both product with adjustable clamping, adjustable stoppers and feeding to the desired length etc, etc.
Second operation is 4 holes of 14.5 mm and 16 x 1.5 pitch threading to be made on the connectors as per the dimensions shown in the drawing in an automatic multi spindle drilling and taping machines. (Changeable multi spindle head) The feeding of 120mm in length connectors for drilling and threading can be done either manually or automatically.
Second option for manufacturing connectors is by drilling and taping in first stage and then cutting it to pieces
Kindly provide us with all the details such as how many operators are required to perform the complete task? How many pieces of connectors can be manufactured in 8 hours? What is the time required to develop this machine etc. etc.
If the complete range of machines are not in the scope of your work you may quote for the one which is readily available with you or the one you can develop.
