We seek a supplier that manufactures (proven design) and Automated Render/Mortar Coating Machine for EPS or XPS Foam Sheets
Auto-loading and Auto-unloading of Foam Sheets
The Coating machine evenly puts the first coating of mortar on the EPS or XPS Sheets
then the machine rolls out the Fibreglass Mesh and cuts it to length
then the machine embeds the Fibreglass Mesh into the first coating of the mortar evenly
then the machine puts second (final) coating on the EPS or XPS Sheets
and then smoothly trowels to top surface of the mortar coatings.
